RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURNS
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate wear, swimwear, or final sale/clearance items.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Partial refunds: If an item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Order Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Final Sale Items: Marked-down and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
